Alright, alright. So the reason that this post has been so spread out is that I have very little patience with Blogger's photo uploading system. Maybe take that as a hint to fix it (are you there, Blogger? It's me, Robin)?
Anyway, this is probably the last string of photos that I'll post from our random Seattle meanderings. In April I'll be going back for the Revival Tour with Dean, Michull, and Maggie. Who's excited? I am! And I'm sure many more photos from different parts of this lovely city will surface at that point. Until then, here are the last batch from Lairen and I's trip.
These next few are from inside of Bauhaus, one of the greatest coffee shops that I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying a brew.
Shelves piled high with books--one of my favorite sights to see.
Yes, those bookshelves are as tall as they appear in the photograph.
The only coffee house I've ever been to that has ding dongs as a primary menu item. Sounds legit.
Ever heard of the gum wall right around the pike market? Yeah, this is it. As disgusting as it is, it's truly a sight to see.
And this about sums up our trip. I could have posted a bunch of the pictures at Pike Market, but I feel like it's a bit redundant--just about every person I know who has never been to Seattle has seen hundreds of pictures of the market. So, I spared my audience the redundancy.
Stay tuned for more pictures from travels to come and since the weather is shaping up rather nicely here in the Portland area, I'm sure I'll capture some splendid moments at home as well.
